Do you offer a free trial?

Absolutely, we offer a 1 month free trial with no commitment or payment details required. Should you need more time to make a decision we will happily extend the trial.

What is considered as a "Monthly Active Member"?

We only charge you for each of your customers that is activated on the platform. That way you only pay more as your customer base and revenues increase.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, we have no lock-in contracts and you are free to upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

When am I billed?

All plans are billed monthly, in advance on the 1st day of each month. So, if you wish to cancel you'll need to make sure you let us know prior to the invoice being issued for the coming month. There are no refunds for plans cancelled mid-month.

What if I am just starting out and don't have many customers?

We want to help you succeed and although Sana is designed with large, multi-location businesses in mind we understand that everyone has to start somewhere and it makes sense to implement best practices from the very beginning.

What integrations do you offer and can you add integrations I request?

We currently integrate with QuickBooks and Xero for billing and Stripe for payments. We have our own API for retrieving sales leads directly from your website forms. We can also integrate with many other platforms through Zapier. We will consider custom integrations on a case by case basis.

Are there any setup fees?

No, we don't charge any setup fees. If you require complex data cleaning or custom invoice templates and contracts then we will consider these on a case by case basis.

Is there a limit to how many locations I can have?

Absolutely not. We have designed Sana with scale in mind and hope to help our customers spread across multiple sites, countries and continents, growing to thousands of members.

What support do you offer?

Most of our support is done through our Helpdesk and via email. When necessary we can setup a web call and screen share with a technician to resolve any issues that can't easily be solved over email.
